At Revomadic, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Every order is carefully checked before it is packed and shipped. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you experience an issue with your order, our support team is here to help.

Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used personal wellness devices unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items returned without prior approval, refused packages, abandoned packages, or packages sent to the wrong return address may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it. If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Revomadic is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Revomadic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help you review the tracking details.
Sale Items
Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or final sale events may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Warranty & Replacements
If your product is covered by a warranty, the warranty applies only to manufacturer defects or electrical component failures that are not caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
