Shipping Policy

At Revomadic, we aim to process and ship every order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in the United States and selected international locations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on your destination, product availability, warehouse location, and shipping carrier.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days

Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, or other events outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Revomadic offers free standard shipping on orders over $49 USD.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable.

Please note that free shipping eligibility may be calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes, duties, or other additional fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the tracking number has been issued.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Revomadic is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

We can only update your shipping address before the order has been processed or shipped. Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Revomadic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location, with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier.

We will do our best to help you review the tracking details, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • High order volume

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Unexpected logistics issues

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by your country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Revomadic is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order at:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
